Overview

These e-commerce services (Hygiene passport, later Web Service) are sold by (later: Company) 

Our services can be purchased by individuals (18 years of age or older) or companies in Finland and in the EU. The prices on the site include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices.

How to order

Products can only be ordered online via Hygiene passport. The order confirmation will be sent to the email provided by the user, indicating the order price, shipping costs and ordered products. To receive the order confirmation, you must provide your e-mail address when placing order. When placing an order customer agrees to the terms of delivery that are in force at that time. The services purchased by the user are provided to the user in electronic form when the user has paid for the selected product and signed in to the online service.

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation with the following information by email:

• order number

• total amount of the invoice

• ordered products

Through your user account, you can check the content of your order.

Payment options

Products are paid at the time of placing the order. The following payment methods can be used for online shopping: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, LähiTapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken and payment cards. Payments are made through the Paytrail Oyj website. Paypal is also available as payment method.

Payment Service Provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) is co-operating with Finnish banks and credit institutions as a provider of payment transfer services and as a payment service provider. Paytrail Oyj appears as a payee on a bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In the case of complaints, we ask you to contact the vendor first.

Online Banking

The payment transfer service associated with e-payment is implemented by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For the user, the service works just like traditional online payments.

Delivery time

After the successful payment transaction, ordered products are immediately activated for the username for which the order was made.

Right of withdrawal and order cancellation

We will not refund you if you are dissatisfied with the product.

The access to the content purchased through this service begins immediately after the payment is made and before the end of the withdrawal period under the Consumer Protection Act.

We offer a free trial so we can assume that the user has access to the service before redeeming the license to the paid content. As a result, the customer is not entitled to cancel the order. If you are convinced that the product does not meet your expectations or is incorrect, please contact the Contact Form to resolve the issue. We will also refund the amount paid by the user if the order was made by mistake and the user did not have access to the product.

The online service owner has the right to cancel the transaction at any time when the owner of the online service informs the user of the cancellation of the order by e-mail. User rights are removed from the ordered products, and the money paid by the user for the subscribed services are fully refunded to the user. The reimbursement of funds may take a few business days due to technical reasons and payment methods.

Applicable law

The law of Finland shall apply to the use of the service and the interpretation of the terms of use.

Change

We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions. The customer must get acquainted with the terms of delivery prior to purchase. The company handles all customer information in complete confidentiality. The Company undertakes not to disclose customer information to a third party.
